Day 45 – I know this is pretty late, I figure I can get some leeway on this. After I got out of work yesterday, I went straight to the airport. I decided on taking a medium size carryon and took only half my clothes with me. This way I can buy some clothes and not have to check my bags and pay the fee.
After I got to the airport, I tried on my iPod. I got so mad, it wasn’t working. I had stupidly hit the download and upload new software, when I never do. After all that time, after it was done, I just threw m iPod into my bag and went to work. When I turned it on, it asked me to set it up. ARGH! I was so mad. I was really mad. Hated my iPod.
Anyways, I finally calmed down and thought what did we do 15 years ago just sitting around the airport without head phones and such? So, I just thought oh well. Don’t be mad, don’t be mad. Eventually, I wasn’t mad. What a way to start a vacation.
So, on the plane, 2 kids sat next to me while the parents were in 1st class, and there were 2 kids in front me, talking non-stop. I think it was typical kid stuff. Are we there yet? Are we flying yet? Blah Blah Blah.
Well, I am finally here and had a nice greeting with the kids. The parents were asleep. ha ha ha I remember when it was the opposite way. The airport was surprisingly full at 1030pm, but then again, everyone probably thought to get there before Turkey Day.
Well, my free breakfast at Hotel Chan is almost done. Later.
