Hello All,

What to talk about today?  So, far the week has just been going.  Hey a shout out to Josh and Emily who got married this weekend.  Yea.  Their wedding was in Columbia, MO.

I guess a couple of things to clear up.  I do not need superheroes in my cartoon, and did the Justice League have full length feature film made of them? No, so there. :}

Beth, you need to have some patience with food.  What many do and sometimes I, is to stew or roast something Sunday and then have to pick at it through the week, and then you will have something in the fridge for a quick sandwich, stir fry or something.  If you do not have the time for a roast, the supermarkets have a rotisserie thing for a reasonable price.  Usually a chicken will cost about $3-4 depending on how big.

Dan – the wontons were ok, it was a bit dry, so I think I need to ask for wonton skins.  Hopefully, Tesco will have some.  Or eggroll skins, that will work also.

Did not go anywhere this past weekend, and this weekend I am doing chores and stuff, laundry awaits me.  You know, I honestly cannot say what I did this past weekend.  I did some shopping, but not sure how I spent my days.  I do not recall watching too much telly.  So weird.  This weekend may be the same outcome.  I will need to check out the bookstore to see if there are any sales going on.  I may break down and buy something.  I think that’s about it.
